Experienced and passionate Yoga Instructor with over fifteen years of teaching experience and a social entrepreneur, Ms. Mona is committed to providing extensive instruction and counseling to her students. She motivates them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self, adept in creating powerful teaching plans that aim to support and benefit each and every student, bringing forth love and respect for the art of yoga and all that it encompasses.
She had found healing through yoga and wants to share that with others, it is a great stress-reliever in her own life, and wants to help people with busy lives find calm.
A pioneer yoga graduated from MAYI Yoga Academy, she is now conducting beginner, intermediate, advanced yoga, mind & breath classes, and grooming more new instructors via our International Yoga Instructor Course (IYIC), Pranayama Instructor Course, and Ayurveda Therapist Course which are all registered under MOE.
Ms. Mona believes teaching yoga is a privilege for humanity.
