She was already a fitness trainer before embarking her journey to Yoga.
She started teaching yoga after being certified as a yoga instructor through the International Yoga Instructors Course (IYIC) which is approved by the Ministry of Education at Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors. Upon her completion she has taught in private classes and MAYI Yoga Academy centres.
She is well versed with yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation techniques. Zida is convinced that one can overcome life challenges through yoga when inner balance is found. Besides yoga, she is a certified group fitness instructor, an outdoor lover and an adventurer.
