Joti Chugani has been involved in training, coaching, and counseling for more than 12 years with the intention of subtly improving lifestyle challenges, productivity, and the performance of people. Prior to becoming a freelance trainer, she has worked in various hospitality and healthcare industries and is an HRDF registered trainer. Joti is a trained leader working in the field of accelerated human change, helping individuals to be able to speak and express themselves with confidence especially in the English language and of Dynamic Living using all aspects of the ancient sciences of Yoga for a holistic physical & mental health; improving productivity through better concentration and dynamism as well as through a paradigm shift in mindsets. A pioneer graduate of MAYI Yoga Academy, she is a master trainer for Train the Trainer – in all aspects of the ancient Yogic sciences. A coach in holistic health armed with ancient and time-tested Yoga and Ayurveda techniques. She approaches each student and/or groups of students in unique ways to custom suit the techniques and approaches effectively according to individual uniqueness. Her fun filled classes and experience sharing during structured lessons are well received. Professionally, Joti is a Certified Yoga Teacher/Instructor in all the different aspects of the ancient Yogic sciences which includes physical body, breathwork and mindfulness. Joti uses accelerated and experiential teaching and coaching techniques in all her sessions which results in noticeable and effective positive outcome. Chandra
Dr. Chandra Nanthakumar, a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist, received her prestigious Classical yoga training at the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors (MAYI). Being so passionate about the teachings of yoga and its scientific philosophy, she then pursued specialized courses such as pregnancy yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), and dhyana (meditation) at MAYI under the tutelage of her renowned guru, Master Mani. Nevertheless, that did not stop her from reaching greater heights. Being an advocate of life-long learning, she then went the extra mile to further her studies and obtain her doctorate in the field of Natural Health Sciences specializing in yoga therapy. With tact and finesse, she has been conducting various types of yoga classes for teenagers and adults for almost a decade. Her classes are not only held at the MAYI Yoga Academy but also at the university where she is a full-time academic. Her classes vary from breath and mind to hatha yoga and anti-aging yoga. She also conducts breath and mind, and Classical yoga workshops at her leisure. Chandra is also a professional trainer for various courses offered at the academy. Besides training budding mind-body health enthusiasts to become level 1 and level 2 Yoga Instructors, she also coaches individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge on the yogic philosophy and upgrade their skills to become certified Yoga Therapists. Despite her hectic work schedule, she finds time to facilitate hatha yoga classes at welfare homes. Her aim in life is to reach out to all particularly teenagers to help them cope with stress, anxiety, and weighty issues.
